The renovated room on the 6th floor was clean and tidy, with a great shower. the staff were friendly and courteous, trying their best to accommodate us when we requested for additional pillows. the hotel was also located close to a key train station, making it convenient to explore the city.
The hotel's breakfast was basic and unappetizing, with limited food choices. the restaurant area was crowded and dingy, making it difficult to enjoy our meals.

This hotel had excellent staff who were always willing to help me out, and I found the room to be clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location near both a wholesale shopping district and a bustling night market made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city.
Nothing all excellent.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's walking distance to Ningxia night market and Taipei Main station, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. the breakfast is varied, with good options for both Asian and Western tastes. the staff are attentive and provide excellent service. Don't forget to take advantage of the mini-gym on the 12th floor and the stunning city views from there.
The gym access was a bit strange as you need to call concierge to open it and the air conditioning in the corridors could be improved.

My romantic escape was delightful thanks to the excellent hotel service. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept soundly every night. The hotel's location was also perfect, as it was within walking distance to lots of interesting local shops and restaurants. the buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the Asian delicacies that we loved trying.
The wifi was quite slow, and it made it difficult to work on our laptops. The other downside was that the gym was very small, and it didn't have a lot of equipment to offer a proper workout.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Amy and Gina, were very helpful and could communicate well in English. The room was spacious and clean, and we were pleased to be given a quiet corner room. The location was convenient, just a short 7-minute walk from the Taipei main MRT exit 4. There were many wholesale shops nearby and it only took us 10 minutes to reach Di Hua Jie. We also appreciated having a Starbucks just 5 minutes away. We even discovered a hidden gem, a 50-year-old shop that sold delicious local food, including a flavorful hot soup. we enjoyed our time here.
We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I was amazed by the excellent service and attention to detail at Fortune Hiya. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast, with its wide variety of options, was absolutely delicious. The mini-gym on the 12th floor offered a great workout with a stunning view of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to Taipei Main Station. I highly recommend Fortune Hiya for a relaxing and executive experience.
